Aidan rowed for the University of Minnesota, graduating in the class of 2012. He moved to Seattle shortly after graduation and has been coaching ever since. Aidan has coached for several teams in the Seattle area, including Sammamish Rowing Association and Seattle University. He is excited for the opportunity to be working with WWU Men’s crew as our full time head coach!
Henry graduated Western Washington University in 2017, with a degree in mathematics, after rowing with the team for two years. Originally from California, Henry is a invaluable addition to the team and rules the novices with an iron fist and a silver tongue. Outside of coaching, Henry enjoys baking and photography.
Will rowed in high school in Olympia before coming to Western, where he played lacrosse, and currently competes in the sport of Strongman. He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS) as well as USA-Weightlifting Level 1, and graduated from Western in Spring ’14 with a BS in Kinesiology, focusing in Sport Psychology. Will is also US-Rowing L2 certified, a Rowperfect UK author, and is currently pursuing an MA degree through the University of Denver in Sport Coaching. Coach Will started with the team as strength coach in 2013 and joins the staff this year as an assistant coach as well.
